Chris uses cutting-edge fitness research to create uniquely effective programs for every 1:1 client.
He is known for his fun-loving personality, quick wit, and dedication to every client.
Studio Manager & Strength Instructor
Dayna has been a fitness enthusiast since college. A Wakefield, MA native, she had made her mark on the Boston fitness community!
She loves resistance band workouts and her favorite circuit is when you do 1 rep of 5-6 moves for 5 rounds. It really sneaks up on you!
Sometimes you can meet her dog, Henry, hanging at the studio!
Fun fact: her birthday digits are 666 😈
Court grew up just outside of Boston, but has called the North End home for over ten years now. A long time lover of group fitness, she found Redemption walking by the space every single day as she lived in the apartments above. After a few classes and interactions with staff, Court knew Redemption was the fitness community she was looking for! When she’s not teaching at Redemption she’s working full time as a College Counselor at an independent high school. In her free time she enjoys a good cup of black coffee, being outside all year around, exploring new restaurants in the city, wine, the beach in Plum Island (happy place), and spending time with her super cool and funny niece Ava.
Franny has been a North End resident for over 5 years and a Redemption instructor for 3. She loves lifting heavy kettlebells and spreading a little hoy and laughter through the classroom. Outside of Redemption, you can find her over in Cambridge setting up various science experiments, shredding up on all of the New England mountains or throwing it down on the volleyball courts in the summer.
Ana is originally from Mexico and has always been passionate about fitness, sports and all movement related activities. In recent years she has been focusing on the holistic lifestyle so her goal is to connect mind-body-soul in each training session. You can also find her doing sound bath healing, Angel readings and working with children.
