This class will feature total body endurance strength training + conditioning work using a variety of equipment (kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, resistance bands). Expect to work through strength training rounds paired with functional movement and a sweaty conditioning finisher.
This is an athletic, full body workout rooted in functional movement and foundational strength exercises using a variety of equipment (kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, resistance bands) + body weight.
This dynamic circuit based class has it all: weight training, functional movement + conditioning work, set up as timed exercise stations. Expect to move through a variety of equipment-based & body weight exercises with a goal to challenge your mobility, build strength and get your heart rate up.
This is a well balanced BODY WEIGHT & BAND strength training class, with a little extra attention on the booty. Expect to work through a number of kettlebell, body weight and band training segments, including timed circuits, ladders and EMOTM training, with focus on hinging, squatting, and of course, a booty burnout.
This conditioning based program focuses on a consistent and challenging training model including HIIT, fixed-fixed conditioning, tempo conditioning and more, that allows you to work hard, sweat hard and play harder.
This class is a combination of our STRENGTH & SWEAT programming. Come prepared to get a full body workout rooted in functional movement and foundational strength exercises coupled with a balanced cardiovascular training program using kettlebells, bodyweight, balls & bands).
