"Chris is an awesome trainer. Sessions are always challenging, and tailored to my needs and personal fitness goals. Chris has a logic and explanation behind each exercise, which I really appreciate. Reasonable price and great location. I highly recommend his services."

"If you’re looking for a trainer who will take interest in you as a person, your individual fitness goals, and a plan to help you get there, this is your place. Just a complete gym with a fitness geek who can’t get enough of what he does. Chris is a one of a kind trainer who motivates, inspires, and gets the best out of you every day. I wouldn’t work with anybody else in the city."
Brian G
"I’ve been going to Redemption for personal training with Chris for half a year now, and it’s been a really great experience. Not only have I hit new PRs with lifting and training, but Chris’s focus on FR conditioning has improved my recovery time between workouts while also helping to troubleshoot the everyday aches of working at a desk or wearing a heavy backpack."

Justin Sorbo
Justin has been helping his clients get stronger, leaner, and out of pain for 13 years. He is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and has held certifications with the NSCA and ACSM. Just lives with his wife on Revere Beach and enjoys fishing, playing guitar, writing, cooking, and snowboarding.

I’ve worked with Justin Sorbo for three years. Our work together has helped me avoid injury, feel stronger and achieve a lifelong goal – unassisted pull-ups! Justin’s personal training practice is grounded in his studies in kinesiology and massage therapy. But what impresses me is his personal curiosity and commitment to staying up to date and educated on developments and trends that could help his clients feel healthier and be stronger. He’s a good listener, a patient explainer, and always has a sense of humor. I highly recommend working with Justin!

"Justin is an incredible personal trainer and a fantastic person all around. He takes a holistic approach to helping you set and achieve goals that are consistent with your individual values and priorities, and does not impose a one size fits all approach. Justin took the time not just to learn my physical capabilities but to understand my mind and personality and built strategies that have been extremely effective in transforming my habits over the last couple years."

"'JUST-IN-TIME'. The best time you will ever spend with a personal trainer and it's not too soon! It has been three years since I started personal training with Justin and it has been a delight. He is smart, professional, and always focused on you and your goals. As a "senior" member of the group, I really appreciate his respect for my limits but also his encouragement to push ahead."
